1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 All chauffeuring services must be booked in advance through our official channels.

1.2 Reservations are subject to availability, and we recommend booking at least 12 hours before your desired pick-up time.

2. Pricing

Our pricing is transparent and based on factors such as distance, duration, and vehicle type.

2.1 Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or any changes to the original itinerary.

2.2 All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events.

2.3 The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of booking. Fees for tolls, wait time and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.

2.4 5% fee applies on all credit card payments on all credit/debit card types.

3. WAITING TIME

3.1 Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle. Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late to a pick-up.

3.2 Time spent waiting at additional stops may also be charged as wait time.

3.3 For airport arrivals wait time accrues 60-minutes after the flight arrives.

3.4 Unless specifically discussed at time of booking the fare quoted by our representative does not include additional stops.

3.5 Additional stops fees apply to stops enroute to you destination and allow for 15- minutes of wait. Any additional wait time may accrue additional charges.

3.6 Trips with more than two stops are automatically charged on an hourly basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 A minimum of 10-hours before the pick-up time on arrivals/departures is required to avoid a cancellation charge.

4.2 A minimum of 7 Days before the pick-up time on all Events is required to avoid a cancellation charge.

4.3 Special vehicles including but not limited to Mini Coach, Motor Coach and Tour Bus require 7-Days cancellation notice, otherwise a 100% late cancellation fee will apply.

4.4 Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the quoted fare to 100%.

4.5 Cancellations are accepted by email for trips that are 48 hours in advance at info@wisedirection.uk. All other cancellations must be made by phone at +44 7984529716 or +44 7473610470.

4.6 If a client fails to show at the scheduled pick-up a No-Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip. This includes any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is enroute to a reservation’s location.

5. Vehicle Selection

5.1 Clients can choose from a range of vehicles based on their preferences and requirements.

5.2 Wise Directions Chauffeuring reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or higher capacity in case of unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conduct of Passengers

6.1 Clients and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during the chauffeured service.

6.2 Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests will be the financial
responsibility of the client.

7. Delays and Changes:

Wise Directions Chauffeuring will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.

7.1 Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes to the itinerary or delays before the service.

8. Safety and Compliance

8.1 All passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the chauffeured service.

8.2 Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

9. Liability

9.1 Wise Directions Chauffeuring is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or road closures.

9.2 Our liability for any damage to personal property is limited to the cost of the service
provided.

10. Complaints and Feedback

10.1 Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on our services.

10.2 Any complaints should be reported promptly to our customer service department for resolution on info@wisedirection.uk

11. Confidentiality

11.1 Wise Directions Chauffeuring respects the privacy of our clients. Any personal information shared with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

11.2 By booking a chauffeuring service with Wise Directions Chauffeuring, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Wise Directions Chauffeuring reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with or without notice.
